Kindong Theodore
FounderÂ
Mr. Kindong Theodore founded Agrichubtech.com in 2018. Agric-Hub’s mission is to be Africa’s most customer-centric company. Agric-Hub offers low prices and fast delivery on millions of agricultural products, provides training, designs and implements cost effective agricultural technologies that empowers small scale farmers to boost productivity. He is huge experience with emerging technologies such as the internet of things and Artificial intelligence and it application in agriculture has position Agric-Hub as the leading AgriTech company using smart logistics for safe and fast delivery to customers using our Open Market platform.
Theodore is also the founder of a tech company TheoComTech, which is working to lower the cost and increase access to technology for all, and he is owner of AgricPost. Theodore is also the Director of communication and IT for African Women and Children Initiative (AWCEI). AWCEI is a nonprofits organization helping to uplift and empower women and children affected by conflict and natural disaster. Theodore has launched AgriFund which seeks to provide grants to small scale farmers to help them expand and increase productivity, creating a network of small scale farmers in low-income communities. Theodore graduated in electrical engineering from University Buea in 2015. He is currently enrolled in MSc in Information Systems and Networking at the Information Communication and Technology University of America. He has a Master’s in Information Systems with Specialization in IoT and Artificial Intelligence with keen attention to AgriData
Ndze Sylvia Wai
Sales and Marketing Director
Ms Ndze Sylvia has been the sales and marketing director since January 2021, where she has been responsible for developing and implementing selling strategies for an Agric-Hub. She lead teams to achieve the company’s desired revenue and engaged key stakeholders, and business partners. She is an experienced agricultural economist with significant experience in sales and marketing of agricultural products. She has developed strategic objectives related to sales and marketing objectives, built initiatives that enhances our brand and corporate identity. She create and maintain sales and marketing budgets, lead our market research helping us establish partnerships to increase sales and collaboration with local farmers. She stayed calm and cool to lead Agric-Hub during financial struggles and an uncertain future for the company. She led the massive registration of farmers on the Agric-Hub platform. Sylvia served as Sales and Marketing manager at Vecademy from 2018 to 2020, Vecademy is technology institute, founded in 2016 to provide Cameroonian youths with hands-on training ready for the job market. She has also work with North west farmer’s organization serving as the sales and marketing strategist helping local farmers get a market for their farm produce.  Ms Sylvia graduated from the faculty of agriculture and veterinary medicine of the University of Buea with BSc in Agricultural Economics.
Teneng Shella Ngomnji
Business and Finance officer
Ms. Shella joined Agrichubtech.com in 2021. As the business and finance administration of Agrichubtech.com, she oversees the company’s overall business operations and financial activities, including controllership, tax, treasury, analysis, investor relations, internal auditing, new business models, business plans evaluation and risk analysis for new business ventures and financial operations. Prior to becoming business and finance administration in 2021, she served as Finance and CFO for the Global Consumer Business. In her role as Finance and CFO for the Global Consumer Business, Ms. Shella had oversight and responsibility for the finance team supporting Agrichubtech.com websites, merchant services, and fulfillment operations and subsidiaries. From 2018 to 2021, Ms. Shella was Financial Auditor at UNA Familia Finance, Cameroon, and from 2016 to 2018 Ms. Shella served as Central administrator AFDIC ltd Bamenda, Cameroon where she led the finance and accounting departments for effective business operations. Ms. Shella has a BBA in Accounting/Finance from the University of Bamenda in 2016 and is a certified Accountant.
Asoh Vanesia
Operations Lead
Ms. Vanesia joined Agric-Hub Technologies Inc in 2018 as the operations assistant bringing her efficient, innovative and highly motivated mindset into the team. She helped us achieved and maintained high lever performance through here strategic and efficient operations planning and executions. Her dedication, goal-driven mindset, and experience in strategic partnerships, brand development, and sales, combined with over 4 years of expertise in sustainability initiatives earned her the position of Operations Lead. She has streamline our operations and develop strategies that enhances the livelihoods of over 500 local farmers through capacity building, improving yields, and providing timely climate-smart extension services. She has played a crucial role in helping Agric-Hub successfully managed several projects, ensuring that farm operations are effectively and efficiently executed, design quality control measures and ensure timely delivery to our esteemed customers.
Ms. Vanesia is a graduate from the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, University of Buea, she also holds several Advanced Diplomas in Project Management, Strategic Management, and Business Development.
Neba Sylvester Neba
Agriculture and Food security Advisor
Mr Neba Sylvester has served as Agriculture and food security advisor, since 2022. Sylvester has been at Agric-Hub Technologies Inc since 2018 and has held a variety of positions, including Agribusiness developer, farm management plan design and trainer.Â
Prior to joining Agric-Hub, Mr Neba served as agricultural economist with the Cameroon Development Corporation (CDC) from june 2016 to December 2018, where he conducted research, analysed data and market samples for bananas. He served as head of production at Complex Cosmetique L’Ouest (CCO) from 2018 to 2020, where he was greatly appreciated for his ability to manage and allocate limited farm.  resources to achieve the organization’s goal. Sylvester graduated with a BSc in Agricultural economics from the University of Buea. He is currently pursuing his Master degree in Agricultural Economist University of Hohenheim, Stuttgart Germany.
Cha Evidance Manyi
Project Development Manager
Ms. Evidance joined Agrichubtech.com in September 2021. As Project Development Manager (PDM) of Agrichubtech.com, she oversees the company’s current and future projects,  monitor and control all processes related to current and future projects, lead our projects planning and design, Manage relationship with partners and investors for joint projects with Agric-Hub, input inventory, budget planning for each project. Prior to becoming PDM in September 2021, she served as Field extension worker and production analyst. In her capacity as extension worker, Ms. Evidance had been providing technical support to our numerous farmers, providing them with farming techniques and helping them overcome their challenges and helping Agric-Hub produce to meet high meet market demand. …..
Chuo Denis Nji Dalton Einstein
Crop Production Coordinator
Mr. Chuo has been the Crop production coordinator since 2022, coordinating the Crop Production unit to ensure on-time harvesting per planting dates to maximize farmers’ returns. He has led crop production operations such as the multiplication of seedlings, soil health, planting, plant health,  feeding, spraying, and harvesting, through efficient monitoring, evaluation of crop growth, scheduling of farming calendar, and anticipating harvest period. Mr. Chuos brought his experience in providing solutions to smallholders farmers’ problems, such as pests and diseases infestations, recommendation of the best crop variety for cultivation, developing agribusiness models, and locally produced organic Fertilizers and pesticides to local farmers to our crop production unit. His experience also includes agricultural consultancy. Chuo is Golden Arable Farms’s co-founder and project manager. He has worked as a project coordinator for Sustain Afric. His passion for agriculture has seen him volunteer with the United Nations 75 Cameroon in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture specializing in Crop Production from the University of Buea, Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine.
Tchamadeu Dornell
Field Operation Director Centre Region
Mr Tchamadeu Dornell joined Agrichubtech.com in November 2020 in the capacity of Agronomist and AgriBusiness Developer. He has been actively involved in the Agric-Hub project in Ekondj Village before his appointment as field operations Director. Prior joining Agric-Hub, Mr Dornell served as graft technician with Ets Rainbow garden, working on vegetative propagation of fruit trees (grafting, layering and cutting) in Yaounde and Ebolowa. Mr Dornell has also served as junior agricultural engineer at IFAD playing an active role in the organisation of PEA-Jeunes ( Youth Agro Pastoral Entrepreneurship Promotion Program) from July 2018 to september 2019. He served as a consultant and trainer for German farm mudeca where he helped establish and manage the nurseries for improved and selected fruits trees. Mr Dornell graduated from faculty of Agronomy and Agricultural Sciences of the University of Dschang/Yaounde with Professional Bachelor degree in Agronomy with specialisation in plant production in 2020, He obtained a BTS (Higher National Diploma) in Agropastoral interpreneurship, from the technical school of agriculture of Ebolowa in 2017.
Che Eric Nsah
Field Operation Director East Region
Mr Nsah Eric joined Agrichubtech.com in June 2020 as extension worker, leading Agri-Hub extension services in the centre region and helping cocoa farmers better manage and dry their produce during the rainy season. Mr Che is our Field operations director for East Region since January 2021 where he is overseeing the company’s field operations, setting up of local cooperatives, training of local farmers in compliance with local and international best practices. Prior to joining Agric-Hub, Mr Che served as trainer with ASSEJA from 2018 to 2019 where he trained and managed workers and directed production activities. He was a trainer with GIC DABI from 2019 to 2020 and also served as director of operations with Establishment ZT from 2020 to 2021. Mr Che has a professional degree in agricultural engineering from the faculty of agronomy and agricultural science in the University Institute of Science and Technology of Yaounde in 2020, he graduated with Brevet de technicien superieur (BTS) from the University Institute of Science and Technology of Yaounde in 2019.
